Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must include all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items originally provided.
  • E-liquids, cartridges, and consumables cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective on arrival.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged products due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

How to Request a Return:

  • Contact us at 0317 5516996 with your order number and reason for return.
  • After approval, return the product to Oppo Tooso Restaurant, Near Char Minar Chowrangi, Bahadurabad BMCHS Sharafabad, Karachi, Sindh 07482, Pakistan
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery for:
    • Defective items.
    • Incorrect products sent by EVAPES.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same product or similar product of equal value (subject to availability).
  • All items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, contact us immediately at 0317 5516996 with photos or videos of the issue.
  • We will inspect the product and offer:
    • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
    • A refund to your original payment method.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Important Notes

  • EVAPES reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
  • For all exchanges or returns, the original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Customers are advised to carefully read our product descriptions and check reviews before making a purchase.
